I’m looking for a top-notch – fully skilled programmer to create a clone of the Website www.niteflirt.com. Please check out this Website and review how it works before you make a bid. It is important that you browse the Website in its entirety so you can see all the features. We will need credit card processing integrated. Since this will be a phone service, we will need to get our own 1800 #, however, we will need the account balance in the customer’s account to decrease per minute based upon the duration of the phone call. We are open for suggestions regarding the graphics, layout, and design of the Website. Although we are trying to enter into this market, we need our own look and feel. Therefore, when I ask for a clone I am merely asking for our Website to function in the back-end like www.nite.flirt.com, but look entirely different.

I can not personally code in PHP and do not know my way around MySQL. However, I will leave it up to the programmer whether or not to use PHP/ASP.I want it to be easy for me to be able to navigate around the site if I need to.

Layout

I have a site template and I just need some links and text added to the opt-in site template,which will be uploaded to my domain. I am available to help anytime.

I would like this done quickly so that I can get my site up as soon as possible

User will have questions and answers on a text file. The program will import the questions and answers, and randomize them.

Questions will be multiple choice. The program will throw in 3 random answers found anywhere on the imported text file. See attached screen capture.

User input will be just 1, 2, 3 or 4 keys for answers. No use of the mouse or enter key.

Program then exports all the wrong questions and answers to a text file so they can be isolated and studied again the next day.
