Hi Programmers, I need a company or group of programmers to develop a PC based software application that provides primary care providers of ear and hearing health, as well as other clinicians such as Ear Specialists and Audiologists with the functionality to Offline 1) Create and store a patient's demographic details and the clinical history associated with ear disease or a hearing disorder 2) View and save pictures (normally up to 5 per ear) taken with a specialised camera (using standard Windows drivers) of a patient's ear canal and eardrum and associate them with the patient's record 3) Organise the pictures in relation to whether they are of the left or right ear 4) Record the results of an audiology test and present the test results in graphical format as an audiogram 5) Record other audiological data, as well as free field notes 6) Allow the user to manage an appointments diary [for version 2] 7) Allow the user to access financial management functions [for version 2]8 Online 8) Share the patient's clinical history, audiogram and images of the ear with other authorised users via an Internet connection. The others user(s) will be alerted by a message (email, or SMS in version who will record their inputs (report of assessment, diagnosis and advise) against the patients record. 9 ) An alert will be generated to the initiator of the patient data (the primary care provider). 10) A report summarising selected information of a particular session should be made available for printing for storage in conventional paper-based records.
