I would like the following. A site to be built search engine friendly. Please provide a mockup design suggestion for the site. Google analytics needs to be installed on the site. Need it to be viewable in all popular broswers. See http://alturl.com/y3pe for example of what I would like. User has the Option to send page, print page, save page, Add to favourites, etc..... It will be a similar to a site I already have but with better looks, functions, etc... Around 7 to 11 pages. Have a way of having and admining reciprocal links (a MUST) on links page to other partner sites. (must be able to admin the links similar to linkman with NO SQL setup) NOT into wordpress, 1st choice is in .php Payment will be done through escrow! My terms for payment is as follows; 25% on a demo (including most function working) of the site once I agree to the look and feel of it, 50% on installing on my server and 25% on fixing all bugs and AS long as I am happy with the functionality of site. PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME FOR MORE MONEY, TO RELEASE THE FUNDS OR LEAVE FEEDBACK BEFORE THE PROJECT IS ANYWHERE NEAR COMPLETE or BY sending me a Jpeg of the site!! .
