Please see the attached picture of Mr. Battery. I need a flash animation of him doing the following. - Mr. Battery looks from the right of the screen/animation into the picture. His hands hold the edge of the monitor/animation. - He blinks twice with his eyes - He waves with one hand - He moves back and disappears Then the animation repeats itself. The background of the animation should be transparent. The animation needs to fit into the header of www.worldofbatteries.net Ask all questions you might have BEFORE you bid as I want this perfect and will ask for revisions until my goal is met.
