The application will be a picture retouching application. Users should be able to upload their photo, to which they can apply a set of features and the system updates those features. To be more exact, there will be 5 areas and see the options we have in mind for the to choose: Hair -Thicke r hair, (show more, thick hair) -More shiny, smooth hair, (more shiny, smooth hair) Face, -Apply anti wrinkle treatment, (remove wrinkles from face) -Apply anti-blemish treatment, (remove dark spots and acne from face) -Apply moisturizer treatment, (make skin smooth looking) -Apply pore refinement treatment, (make pores disappear effect) -Apply tanning solutions without sun damage (provide different tan tone options, light middle, dark tan) (apply effects to skin to make it different tone with a set of options for the tone) Eyes, -Apply anti aging treatment for Crows feet, (remove wrinkles next to eye effect) -Apply treatment for reduction of dark circles and puffiness, (remove puffy, dark area under eyes effect) -Apply longer lashes, (extend lashes and make them longer effect) Lips, -a treatment to reduce the appearance the fine lines around the lip area, (remove wrinkles around lips) -a tr eatment for dry, cracked lips, (make lips look) -a treatment for fuller lips, (make lips look fuller and bigger) Décolletage -use anti-wrinkle treatment, (remove wrinkles on neck area) -use serum for toning and enrich the skin, (smooth skin on neck effect).... Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Platform: The application will be integrated into facebook. So it needs to be designed accordingly. The application needs to look good on Iew7, IE8, FF3, Safari(latest version) platforms.
