i need a forum site created..site should have my own domain ,own logo and have features for banner ad managemnet. i would like to use phpbb3 or vbulletin..this scripts are readyly available on d net for free..so no programming from scratch , just modifications..and installation..site should have about 5-6 topics very basic.. only serious bidders... 50% escrow before job starts , 100% once job is done and we are both mutual satisfied..i expect quick turn around..
