I need to build a twitter user directory with the following features: 1) Able to use Oauth to pull users information into database (code already written so don't include this in your cost estimate) 2)Able to capture additional details once such as the users interests and his current location. 3) User should be able to access his account settings and be able to change them directly from the site. 4) The site should be based on categories and should have a dynamic search function. 5) Codes should be fully commented and I will own all source code. A more detailed brief will be provided at the start of the project. A similar site would be www.wefollow.com. My site will however be different in many ways but you can look at that one to get a basic understanding of what I am looking for.
