Please see attached site specifications. Several of the specifications are completed, so I am in process of updating the specification sheet. I need someone who can implement the remaining features. Please do not quote a price until I publish the updated specification sheet. However, if you are certain you can implement the remaing features, then please leave a message on the PMB (Project Message Board) so I can contact you and discuss the details. After you have a full understanding of the requirements, then I'd like you to quote your price.
