I just need a basic php site put up (kind of like http://www.southportdata.com/), except this will be for a corporate marketing company that I currently run, but I need a website for to increase credibility. The site should be created using the Joomla! CMS. The site must have certain features including (but not limited to): • I need a page for perspective employees to apply for work; I will include the code for the webform it will just need to be integrated into the site properly. • Needs to have an invoicing system so that detailed invoices can be generated for employees • A sales console on the site where employees can log in. In this employee area is should function like a web based CRM so that they can: o Enter Leads o So I can upload leads for them (using excel file or csv) o Keep track of the sales process with different leads to make it easier to perform follow up calls etc. • A resource page that only employees can see where I can upload the various documents they will need to complete their work • I want to be able to check on the performance of each sales person from the admin panel. Deliverables: I expect perspective bidders to ask me questions about this project before submitting a bid. I want coders to give me an idea on how they plan to execute this project. What I am trying to say is please do not just send a bid saying that you can do the project, because you do not have enough information from this description to perform this project properly, to give a bid so early would tell me you will not take the time to do this properly and I will ignore such bids no matter how many good ratings you have. (Following these instructions for bidding protocol will also inform me whether or not you have bothered to read this properly - and of course if a coder cannot take the time to read thing properly and follow instructions, then I will have no confidence that they will be able to work with me.) I would like the site to show different information when visitors log in from a UK IP address from when th ey log in from anywhere else. I need to be able to specify which information is shown to which set of people. I would also expect a full and detailed timeline for this project detailing all the steps you feel are needed to complete this and how long each step will take, this will help in choosing the deadline, please no not submit arbitrary deadlines, this is not acceptable. In addition I will require that the seller create a formal document (and/or prototype: which is a mockup of all of the screens/pages that will in your final website). This way we can iron out any differences before too much valuable time is wasted. I would also like to add that this project and my others projects are posted with a view to finding people who I can work with in the long term, I am looking for working partners with unique skills and great attention to detail. So please keep this in mind when you are making your bid. The chosen bidder agre es to work until I am happy with the results and agrees that there will be no payment for partial work. Work will only be completed when I am completely happy with the results (these terms are to prevent amateurs from bidding as I have had problem with dishonest/lazy coders in the past).
