Our previous website designer completely failed us and we are left with having partially paid for useless pieces of a website. I'm confident the quality and caliber of professionals and companies on this site can bring our site to completion. Attached is what you have to work with. What we want is a 100% functional website. Now it appears that there will be a bit of additional design work needed but the majority of the design seems to be complete. Where the majority of work will need to be done is in the coding of the website. Feel free to code it however you see fit probably either xhtml or css. We're not sure exactly what we want yet and desire some room to make requests but for the most part this is just a simple website. We do know we will want a submission form on the Web Design tab and Contact Us tab. In your bid please briefly explain why you would be the best professional/company to hire for this project.
