I'm looking for an experienced CSS/HTML coder to convert a PSD into a workable menu. The developer may use any scripting language but the application must be small size and must load and be instantly responsive. There will be image change on selection. Drop-down menu selects are text dynamic. Complete PSD will be provided, so developer will need to slice and code and provide a workable application for testing before payment will be made.
