I'm will to pay $100-150 for this work. I need it done in 2 weeks or less. I need a coupoun type program made. The description of it is provided in the pdf. Other elements will be a sign up page a and that info will be stored in the database. The hope is to make filling out the coupon work like google checkout. Where after you sign up once all you have to do is enter your email address and password and it automatically fills in your info. The site will be connected to google checkout and paypal you will need to do that. Like paypal in a way or even scriptlance.com where money will be stored on the site. They will need to deposit it through google checkout or paypal. The security of this will be added later. Since barely anyone will use it at first we are not that concerned about security.
