For a client i need the following script to list internet scammers. On the index 3 menu links. Home - 2. Listed names - 3. Contact 1 On the index.php with a submitform with the following fields First Name: (with the option to add multiple names) Last name: (with the option to add multiple last names) Domain: (with the option to add multiple domains) Company name: (with the option to add multiple company names) VAT: Chamber of commerce: Gender: +++ Street: House number: Postal code: Town: Country: ++++ Phone number: Fax number: E~mail account: Textfield Reason listing: In this text box people can submit the reason why a company / person is listed. Upload function to have the option to upload images with proof of the scam. Max 3 images. Password field to give the submitter the option to remove a submission. When the page is filled out and the submitter hits the Submit button the a subdomain page needs to be created like this. firstnamelastname.domain.com There on that page the details are displayed including the max 3 thumbnails of the submitted images. On top of the index. NAME is a scammer (in Bold), same on the page title Visitors have the following options when they vista a scammers page. 1. Vote if they have been scammed to (list the total votes) 2. Visitors can add comments (max 20 comments on 1 page, use pagination) 3. The listed scammer can hit a button to have the page and content removed. If they do this they must receive a confirm mail. NOTE. Emails can only be submitted with email accounts coming from the submitted domains. Make a check for this. 4. Hitcounter - simple hitcounter ___ A page with a listing of the submitted names, 20 per page with the following items listed 1. Name - Last name - company name (if known) total votes - link to visit their page The contact form to contact the site owner ___ In the admin panel an overview with all the submitted companies. Max 20 per page, with a search / edit and delete option. It is pretty basic, and i am looking forward to your bids. I am not looking for automated replys or price suggestions.
