I need a simple xhtml/css template based on a Jpeg image. Template should be compatible with IE7, IE8, Firefox and Safari. A simple css horisontal drop down menu has to be added. The job is quite urgent. It's a single Page, there's also a very simple Flash edition. Just some text replacement.
