Hello, I am looking for a developer to give me a quote for designing a very similar site to www.ratemyarea.com - the only exception being that it will be used for property only. Users will be able to post their property up for rent or sale for free on the site. Users should also be able to manage a portfolio of properties on the site. I am very keen for the design to look extremely similar to the site mentioned above. It should connect into Facebook twitter AND provide feeds to the different categories of properties on offer.
