Hello, I need a collection (25+) of HTML website templates. They must all be professional looking, with clean HTML and CSS. Each template must include navigation and a 'contact us' page. All code to be documented. Must be modifiable, legal and royalty free with no branding. No flash, frames, PHP, .Net etc. I will want to see screenshots of all templates before accepting bid.
