i have two forms that need to be combined on one page together and when submitted, sent to two locations - my database and then a url. i have read about php curl to do project, but don't have time to work on learning this. i know this is relatively easy to do. i have attached the exact code for each form to this project for your review. i will spend $10 max for project. this will lead to other work at better money.
