i want to print display signs for my store from a web browser. user goes to page and has option to pick category (only 4 choice dropdown) and then a background image will show based on that choice. then user can add description and price that show up over the background as well. then they can print 8.5 x 11 and it sends an email to me with copy of the sign. also saves copy in archive folder on server with category_date.pdf or .png as filename. i have sample images of sign with words/background and with background only. would like to see professional work before consider hiring - will lead to additional project(s). i don't want to spend more than $50 on this project. This can be easily done using php gd library.
