I need a web based utility billing app using mature CRM/CMS/ERP open source software. It requires multiple entities (town x, town y, town z) and all entities must be secured from the others. Billing for any number of services, trash, sewer, water, cable, etc.... user definable fields like rate tables and OBVIOUSLY account fields. Reporting. Printing to multiple size stock. Online payment friendly. Accounting data exportable to Sage Solutions, paypal, ACH.
