I am looking for complete content, design, and programming of a site that is very similar to dubli.com. The only "style" of reverse auction that I am looking for is what they call the Xpress auction. The price of the item is hidden until someone presses "bid". This bid, at dubli.com, costs $0.80 and reduces the price by $0.25. The cost of my bid will be $5.00 and will reduce the price by $1.00. I also want a 3 level affiliate program. A person can choose to be an affiliate for $49.95 a month or just a customer. The $49.95 a month gives them a replicated site to track referrals, earnings, etc. plus 4 bids. First level payout is 20% of the $5.00 (the cost of 1 bid), or $1.00. Second level is 10%, or $0.50. And, third level is 5%, or $0.25. For each first level referral or customer that an affiliate acquires, they will receive 1 matching bid for each bid purchased. For example, if an affiliate (who pays $49.95 and thus gets 4 bids) recruits another affiliate (who also gets 4 bids), the affiliate who recruited the new person will get an additional 4 bids. Now, if the affiliate simply has a customer who wants to buy 20 bids, the affiliate will get 20 matching bids. There is a bonus prize (that I need to be able to change whenever I want) that is reduced by $0.25 for every bid placed. For example, let's say we are giving away a plasma tv valued at $2500. Once a total of 10,000 bids have been placed, the 10,000th person will get the tv for free (they pay shipping). I need to be able to change content on the site on a regular basis (i.e., the products that will be auctioned). I also need a complete back office tracking of all referrals, reports on what items sold for, email notification that I need to deliver the won item, payroll to affiliates, etc. I'd like to have this running ASAP.
